A small plate finished in a luminous blue glaze, inspired by the quiet rarity of a blue moon. Subtle variations in tone move gently across the surface, giving each piece a soft, shifting presence. The clean, flat form keeps the focus on the glaze, allowing light and shadow to define its character.
Ideal for small bites, sweets, or condiments. It pairs well with wagashi, pickles, or a single piece of fruit, bringing a calm accent to the table.
About Moonlight
About Moonlight
This collection of vessels features a luminous blue glaze inspired by the rare beauty of a “Blue Moon”, a phenomenon that occurs only occasionally, when an extra full moon appears within a single month. In Japan, the moon is often described through subtle shifts in colour, including expressions such as a white moon or a blue moon, reflecting its changing presence.

Care
Care
Unless otherwise noted above, all items can be used following the general guidelines below. These suggestions help ensure the longevity of each piece and maintain its appearance over time.
Dishwasher:
Our items are dishwasher-safe; however, we highly recommend placing them separately and leaving at least one empty slot between pieces. This helps prevent accidental damage caused by high-pressure water or collisions inside the machine.
Microwave:
Most items are microwave-safe. However, please avoid using any piece that includes metal elements (such as gold or silver accents, or Kintsugi repairs involving metal) as they may spark or cause a fire.
Oven:
We do not recommend using any of our items in an oven.
