Designed with a comfortable grip and an irregular oval shape, this bowl is ideal for serving matcha. The exterior features a two-tone gradient glaze blending greenish-white with brownish-black, while the unglazed interior highlights the raw texture of the clay.

Shigaraki ware is characterized by its iconic natural color gradient of browns. The surface often features rustic, rough and earthy textures caused by the existence of feldspar and quartz sand in the clay.

Our items are dishwasher-safe; however, we highly recommend placing them separately and leaving at least one empty slot between pieces. This helps prevent accidental damage caused by high-pressure water or collisions inside the machine.
